2. Scope of Services Our platform acts as a digital aggregator connecting customers in Bareilly and nearby regions with independent skilled service workers, including but not limited to Drivers, Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Bus/Taxi Booking operators, and general technicians.

3. Nature of Relationship

Our website acts solely as an intermediary/facilitator connecting service seekers with independent service providers.Service providers (workers, drivers, mechanics, etc.) listed on our platform are independent contractors and are not direct employees, partners, or agents of the company.

4. Booking, Pricing, and Payments
Customers agree to pay the service charges mutually agreed upon before or upon completion of the work.Any additional work requested on-site beyond the initial booking will be charged extra as per the worker's prevailing rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we perform basic identity verification (Aadhaar Card/DL check) of service providers, we do not guarantee the perfection of services.The owner (Rahul Saxena) and the website shall not be directly liable for any unintentional property damage, delay in service, or personal misconduct by independent workers. However, strict internal action and removal from the platform will be enforced upon receiving genuine customer complaints.
